Event Submission Form
We encourage and rely on you to send us event information for Trinity County to be posted on the Events Calendar. Submitting an event is FREE but limited to groups, organizations, etc. and only events that are open to the public. No personal or private events like birthdays, family reunions etc. will be posted on the calendar.
Please limit one event per form submission, but you can submit as many events as you like. Events are posted usually within 2 business days after submission, you can submit an event to us in the following ways:

- Fax your events to us at (530) 423-4517
Be sure to include the following information with your event
if submitting by fax:
- Your Name
- Your E-mail Address (for verification only)
- Your phone number (for clarifications - if need)
- Your Zip Code (for geographic purposes only)
Guidelines & Tips
- Include all of the event details.
- Only submit one event for each form submission.
- Include a contact name and phone number for people to call for further information.
- Include times to call (if applicable)

We understand your concern for privacy, therefore we will never disclose your personal information to anyone for any reason. Only the information that you post within the event will be visible to viewers. All personal information received is deleted once your event is posted.
